Restricted Casinos in Spain

The Government of Spain seeks to protect its citizens from sites that operate without a license. They offer a larger list of services and do not pay taxes. The authorities warned the operators and their representatives that advertising and offering of gambling services without a corresponding license are prohibited.

In October this year, DGoJ already treated the same offer to 80 operators of unlicensed sites, later two thirds of them were closed to the gambling market in Spain.

It is trying to ensure transparent and professional work of the market, as well as to protect its citizens from illegals. ”

Many unlicensed operators voluntarily left the Spanish gambling market, but there were also those who were greatly offended by this position of the government.
