Happy Ending: Bob Casino Will Pay the Big Winner His Close to €1M Winnings

By guruazarta 09 April 2018 at 01:32 PM 36 comments

A week ago one of Bob Casino players said that the operator refused to pay him more than €940K. That VIP player was treated well. But that changed after he won lots of money and wanted to withdraw his funds.

The casino blocked his account and initiated investigation. At the same time, they started to behave very suspiciously, customer support and VIP manager mostly ignoring his requests. Moreover, the player was called and offered a special deal worth much less than his winnings. Later the operator denied calling the player.

Today the issue is officially resolved. Bob Casino must have received confirmation from the developer, Play’n GO, that winnings are legitimate. The player said that his account was unblocked and withdrawals allowed, which was great news. What’s interesting is whether or not this player will stay with this operator as they gave multiple reasons to doubt their reliability and at least professionalism. Read more about this case here.
