Bob Casino Causes Outrage after Refusing to Pay Almost €1M

One of Bob Casino’s VIP players, known as RP297, had a huge win and, as a result, his balance got close to €1M. He has a verified account and has already withdrawn just over €100K from this casino. Over time the casino kept increasing stake limits for this customer. When the player was allowed to wager €400, he landed a massive win on Play’n GO’s Reactoonz and got a total of almost one million of Euros.
There wouldn’t be any problems if the player kept playing and lost most of his winnings. But he decided to withdraw the money, and that’s when Bob Casino showed their true face. Once withdrawal request was submitted, the operator contacted the player and offered €100K and a car instead. They also threatened that if he refuses to accept their offer, they will initiate investigation to prove his winnings aren’t legitimate.
After RP297 refused the deal, Bob Casino blocked his account. That was probably another threat to force him take the deal. But it didn’t work. After receiving no response from the operator about the investigation, the player finally went public. What makes this case a nightmare for Bob Casino is that RP297 has multiple screenshots showing his biggest wins and how much withdrawable money he has.
On one of the forums that discussed this issue, Bob Casino representative said that they find player’s behavior suspicious. By suspicious they mean that RP297 played just one slot, Reactoonz, for two months. That’s funny. If they don’t like customers playing just one game over and over again, they should have specified it in their T&C. The casino also denied calling the player and offering €100K + car deal.
Turns out this operator is just another greedy, little liar. They say:
