What Is Gambling Addiction

I have written similar texts many times, but I will write even more. Dependence on gambling is untreatable. You live a quiet life, do business, but something is missing. At one point you sit down to play and here it is – life again began sparkling with bright colors, adrenaline rush, etc.

Today I played after the break and I’m writing this post at 5 am and don’t even want to sleep … In a word, I got high like a junkie, and played by small bets and actually did not lose (I lost 500 euros and clocked the acc). I write this post more for myself, to understand the very condition of gambling addiction.

When, for example, you don’t play a week or two at all, and then you sit down again to play, you inevitably catch a bonus, and so on, but you don’t feel it’s enough. I noticed such a thing that if you sit down and spin the slots for half a day (to the point when you’re almost vomiting) – then this state can’t be felt. But when you only tried the smell of excitement, you just can’t calm down and all the time you got that feeling when you want to continue depositing your money.

This state actually is the dependence. And it can stay for a long time, usually it helps only when you lose all the money you have. This is the whole secret and the thing and the thing of the game, to quit it, and the final result is known to all of us. And it’s categorically impossible to play by small bets for a short period of time, if you sit down to play you have to play enough, straight to nausea feeling.
